Once the site of the mold has been cleaned, to eliminate mold you must keep the area dry. Mold spores can't grow without moisture. Therefore to stop mold you must stop any moisture problems you have. Basements, bathrooms and attics are common places to find mold. If you have leaky pipes, they need to be repaired.
